1. Our Commitment

At WisdomEye, we are committed to providing the highest quality AI-powered knowledge management system. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that WisdomEye does not meet your expectations, we are here to help.

2. 14-Day Money Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you meet the usage criteria outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility & Usage Limits

To prevent abuse of our AI services (which incur significant computing costs), refunds are subject to the following usage limits:

  • You must have consumed fewer than 5 Magic Coins (generated 5 or fewer video notes).
  • The refund request must be made within 14 days of the transaction date.
  • Refunds are only available for your first subscription purchase. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable.

4. Renewal Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro features will remains active until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the remaining duration of a billing cycle once it has started.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at support@wisdomeye.ai with the following details:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or receipt number
  • A brief reason for the refund request (this helps us improve our service)

Most refund requests are processed within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method.

6. Exceptions

WisdomEye reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, service abuse, or violations of our Terms of Use. If you have any questions about this policy, please reach out to us before making a purchase.
