Mentally scan your body to release stress and relax each part.
Use your consciousness to mentally scan your body from head to toe, requesting each part to let go of stress and tightness, and to relax fully. This includes the head, neck, face, shoulders, torso, arms, hands, fingers, hips, thighs, calves, feet, and toes.
Expand awareness beyond the physical body as tension is released.
Notice how releasing tension expands your awareness further out, beyond the physical vehicle of your body.

Entering the Parallel Reality Tunnel
Visualize a window with bright white light.
Imagine a window a few feet in front of you, through which a strong, bright white light is pouring. This light feels comforting and causes you to feel light and relaxed.
Step through the window into a bright white light tunnel.
Use your consciousness to step towards the window and the light, feeling total peace as you approach. Open the window and step through, finding yourself entering a tunnel filled with warm, bright white light that makes you feel safe, secure, and enveloped in love, peace, and tranquility.
Observe your current physical body from the other side.
Turn and look back through the window to see your physical body. Recognize it as the earthly vehicle used to interpret and experience physical reality, which collects data and provides life experiences, but is not the entirety of your consciousness.
Consciousness is broader than the physical vehicle; other options exist.
Understand that your consciousness is much broader than your current physical vehicle and that other vehicles, representing different interpretations and experiences of reality, are available just beyond the window.
Travel through the tunnel, aware of movement and motion.
Turn back towards the source of the light and keep moving through the tunnel, looking straight ahead while feeling aware of the motion and movement of your consciousness.
Exploring and Choosing a New Vehicle
See infinite choices of physical vehicles available.
Allow your consciousness to see all the infinite choices and possibilities available for your earthly experience, as your infinite mind is capable of reaching them.
Examine variations in physical bodies and their features.
Observe that some vehicles may look similar to your current body, while others have visible variations and features that allow for different ways of experiencing reality.
Identify a standout vehicle that appeals to you.
Notice if one body stands out, displaying qualities or tools that align with the experiences your consciousness chooses to have in physical form. This might include radiating confidence, an appearance suggesting success, or internal features promoting happiness, freedom, or adventure.
Determine what makes the chosen vehicle most helpful.
Examine the chosen body to understand what makes it the most helpful tool for your 3D experience, whether it's its appearance, internal features, or a different set of beliefs that align with your desires.
Step into and try on the new vehicle for size.
Use your consciousness to move around and examine the new vehicle. Once satisfied, step into it and try it on, noticing how it feels and what is different about it, such as increased hope, excitement, or confidence.
Experience reality through the new vehicle's perceptions.
See and experience reality differently through the eyes of this new vehicle. Use all of its sensory perceptions to make the experience vivid and real, sensing and creating your physical life differently.
Option to try other bodies or return later.
You can move freely around to try out other physical bodies or come back anytime to find the body that provides the experience your consciousness desires in its physical reality.
Returning and Merging Vehicles
Turn consciousness back towards the window with the new vehicle.
Once satisfied with your new vehicle choice, turn your consciousness back towards the window you came through.
Feel the journey back, embodying the new vehicle.
As your consciousness moves back towards the window using the new vehicle, notice what is different about the experience and fully embody this vehicle, feeling all the new things it offers.
Step back through the window into the original space.
Reach the window and step back through it with the new vehicle you have chosen.
Merge the new vehicle with the old body to upgrade.
Walk back to your original body, realizing that the two vehicles can merge. The new vehicle will upgrade the old one with its advanced features.
Experience reality through new eyes, beliefs, thoughts, and feelings.
As a result of the merge, you will experience reality differently through the new eyes, hold on to and work from new beliefs, think new thoughts, sense and feel new feelings, and act and behave in a new way, all aligned with your chosen physical experience.
Consciousness creates its chosen reality.
Recognize that your consciousness is the real you and has the ability to create any experience it chooses, and with the new vehicle, reality will align with that choice.
Returning to Wakefulness or Sleep
Choose to awaken or drift off to sleep.
At this point, you can choose to return to your usual level of wakefulness and alertness or gently drift off to sleep.
If awakening, become aware of new surroundings and tools.
If you choose to awaken now, feel your body and mind becoming more aware of your new surroundings and the new tools you have to use through your new vehicle.
If sleeping, deepen relaxation and await new reality upon waking.
If you decide to go to sleep, let the relaxation deepen and know that when you awaken, you will have the opportunity to experience a new reality through your new vehicle.
Awaken on the count of three.
When the facilitator counts to three, you will be at your desired level of relaxation or alertness.
